I am a Therapeutic Counsellor, Personal/Professional Coach, and Psychometric Practitioner with a background in Psychology. I integrate knowledge and understanding of human cognition, emotion, motivation and behaviours gained from life and work experience, further enhanced with an MSc in Organisational Psychology. With coaching, I utilise multiple Psychometric instruments such as personality, behavioural, thinking styles, team roles, and conflict, to enable insight, change, and growth. Extensive experience in- Therapeutic Counselling, using the person-centred approach (humanistic) to help those in need of a safe and supportive space to explore the self, identity, relationships, interactions, trauma, and unhelpful or destructive behaviours.
