I’m Jackie and I’ve always believed in the potential of people, I’m an experienced Executive and Senior Leadership Coach-Mentor with thousands of hours helping people achieve theirs. Could I help you? My approach is Human-centred. We are all a unique blend of experiences, attributes, goals and skills. I recognise that – I work with that to achieve results, whether they are personal ambitions or organisational strategic targets, for individuals or teams. I’ve been told I’m perceptive, reassuring and patient, able to challenge and question in a productive, insightful manner to transform thinking and drive transformation. My focus flips from macro to micro instinctively; I see both the big picture and the individual, supporting one to achieve transformation in the other. I suspect I’ve been inadvertently preparing for this role my whole life. I left education, where little was expected of me, and that lit a fire. I was driven to find an arena that would allow me to fulfil my potential. And I did. I’ve had a thirty-year career in roles at some of the largest organisations in the world, holding positions in Business Operations and HR. Those three decades working with people and shaping business strategy have matured and augmented my innate tenacity, resilience and belief in people into a powerful 'people first' practice. I work with you to establish goals, recognise the challenges and unlock the solutions by drawing on your potential. And there’s always more to learn! I delve deeply and read broadly; my research feeds into and freshens my practice. I’m currently exploring a way of thinking about what life is, what the mind is and how humans make sense. Working with world-leading experts, combining cognitive science and contemplative wisdom with coaching, we’re creating a new, 4th Generation of coaching practice fit to meet the needs of people and organisations today.
