Team Leadership, Training, & Coaching with over ten years of experience in Key Account Management leading high performing sales teams. I have designed, developed, and deployed comprehensive syllabi and curriculum to build a psychologically safe and high performing ecosystem from the top down with a focusing on growing the future leadership bench and upskilling current sales leaders. Facilitating workshops and focus groups to design and create engaging and applicable learning materials that support blended, agile learning tactics designed for adult learners. I have been able to lead an outstanding team of Account Managers who onboard and build business accounts and BDRs who qualify high potential sales leads. Prior to Wayfair, I lead teams of individuals that cover key strategic accounts for Intel in the U.S. & Spain. Additionally, I have spent 9 years covering & cultivating relationships with large accounts like VMware, Intel, and LG. I have a passion for empowering others to succeed & uncover their full potential. I am an energetic positive person who is always looking to learn or try something new. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner. I'm a few months away from obtaining by Business Administration degree with a dual concentration of Industrial & Organizational Psychology & Organizational Leadership. I love to read, write and doing anything outdoors with my 2 amazing kids. I'm organized, intrinsically motivated, understand & connect with people easily. This makes it possible to uncover the best way to communicate, motivate, & drive them effectively.
