About Jackie Hansen

I am a professional, collaborative and highly skilled Training Team Leader and Coordinator, with over 10 years’ experience in the training sector and expertise in the delivery of traffic management and licensing training solutions. I have developed specialist knowledge of the unit standard and competency pathway requirements within traffic management, having deep understanding of the regulatory frameworks of Waka Kotahi (NZTA), Connexis, MITO and NZQA. Recently joining the newly launched Chevtrain, I am excited to be leading our training requirements, coaching our highly experienced team and creating materials and resources to enable the delivery of engaging, professional and practical, training solutions. I bring unique skills that span operational management, team leadership, coaching and mentoring, and compliance management and am focused on ensuring that unit standard processes are world class and exceed industry sector requirements. With my earlier roles including, Training Team Leader with Evolution Traffic Management, and Office Manager with PassRite Driving Academy, I understand the demands of the traffic management sector and the changing competency requirements and certification needs. I have managed schedules, reporting requirements and audits and also led the process that successfully secured PTE status for Evolution Training Solutions – the first company to achieve this within the traffic management sector. Chevtrain provides specialist training in the traffic management industry, with a full suite of training courses approved by Waka Kotahi (NZTA) available for clients. Launched in 2021 by the Directors and Owners of Chevron Traffic Services, Chevtrain brings together industry expertise, along with fully qualified Trainers and Assessors, to deliver solutions that fulfil the changing regulatory requirements of the traffic management sector.
