I knew I wanted to make a difference with my career from a young age. Working in Development at Glenwood is allowing me to do that. I use my skills to connect donors to opportunities to change lives. One of the biggest parts of my job is to guide the Glenwood Junior Board. Each member of the Junior Board is uniquely talented and I make it my mission to identify those talents. Through relationship building, I discover the best way to communicate with individual members and find ways to get each member plugged in so they can help change lives at Glenwood. I also manage Glenwood's fundraising events including Big Top and the Ireland Legacy Golf Tournament. While I've been at Glenwood, Big Top has raised record amounts.
