I currently hold a dual role as Office Manager & Executive Assistant and Training & Development Manager, where I focus on creating efficient operations and impactful learning experiences that help teams thrive. As a Training & Development Manager, I design and implement programs that empower employees at all levels. From creating career development frameworks, onboarding programs, and leading large-scale training events for 300+ participants to driving leadership initiatives, I focus on building strategies that align individual growth with organizational goals. My background in Educational Technology, combined with my tech-savvy approach, allows me to leverage tools like LMS platforms to make learning more accessible and effective. In my role as Office Manager & Executive Assistant, I excel at managing operations, supporting senior leaders, and handling complex schedules, events, and travel arrangements. I keep everything on track, from coordinating executive meetings and company events to managing confidential information with care and professionalism. I’m known for staying one step ahead—anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and keeping everything running smoothly. My proactive communication, exceptional time management, and attention to detail help ensure that leaders can stay focused on what matters most. I’m a firm believer in lifelong learning. I have a Master’s in Educational Technology, I will be graduating in August 2025 with a Master's in Business Administration, and I am pursuing a Strategic Leadership & Management certificate from the University of Illinois. I believe there’s always room to grow, both personally and professionally.
