About Jackie Phillips

Ms. Phillips has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Practice, Natural Resource Management and Conservation from Royal Roads University and is a Professional Agrologist with 17 years of experience in Environmental Planning. Ms. Phillips has experience conducting field assessments, preparing and reviewing Environmental Field Reports, Enhanced Approval Process LAT reports and supplements, Mitigation Plans, Environmental Protection Plans, Conservation and Reclamation Plans (for Class I Pipeline Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act application and approval), Environmental Assessment Reports, and Biophysical Impact Assessment Reports. Her focus has been on the assessment of watercourses and water bodies for Code of Practice Notifications, Fisheries and Oceans Canada applications and approvals, and wetland assessments (classification, identification and delineation) for Water Act applications and approvals. Ms. Phillips is an R.Biol. member with the Alberta Society of Professional Biologists (ASPB). Ms. Phillips is adept at working with clients to find solutions to planning issues.
