About Jackie Savci

I’m a pragmatic, execution-driven executive with 25+ years of leadership across operations, people and culture, governance, and transformation — with deep, proven experience in financial services, banking, risk, and fintech environments. As Head of Operations, I offer a rare dual capability: operational precision combined with strategic people leadership. I oversee business operations, organisational health, and facilities — delivering structure, trust, and sustainable performance in complex, high-risk, or high-growth settings. My leadership approach is calm, principled, and people-first. I stabilise what’s volatile, repair what’s broken, and unlock momentum where it’s stalled. I build risk-aware, values-aligned frameworks that enable executive teams to lead with clarity and confidence — especially through restructures, growth phases, or cultural rebuilds. With a strong track record across regulated and fast-evolving industries, I bring a powerful mix of strategic execution, operational resilience, and leadership capability uplift — uniquely suited to executive roles in the finance and fintech sectors.
