About Jackie Schwartz

Jackie has diverse experience in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical device, and aerospace. Her background in biomedical engineering shaped her skills of creative problem solving, analytical thinking, and innovation. She started her career in engineering consulting where she supported pharmaceutical manufacturing suite design and expansions. Her ability to connect with the Clients and explore cutting edge technology helped advance the delivery of oral medications, ophthalmic products, and sterile liquids. After spending a few years traveling nationally for her engineering consulting role, Jackie moved into Product Management for tissue engineered materials for spine and orthopedic surgical applications. Her role was multi-faceted and included responsibilities of: marketing material development, inventory management, sales representative training, and consulting with surgeons to understand their practice needs. Following her passion for people, Jackie started working at Merck in a Learning and Development role. She supported and developed compliance training, conducted aseptic process facilitation, and onboarding at one of Merck’s largest manufacturing sites. Jackie transferred those skills into her next role within Enterprise Leadership Development. She managed and designed programs in support of first line leaders globally. This included vendor management, process improvement, and consulting with leaders cross divisionally. She continued working in the talent management space within Global Talent and Leadership and increased her portfolio remit to include organizational development and professional coaching. Jackie consults and aligns leaders and teams to solutions that address their goals and objectives. Demonstrating value through program ROI and data has been a main focus to ensure effectiveness across the business.
