As a Purchase Ledger Clerk at Barratt Developments plc, I have been responsible for coding, entering, allocating, and costing purchase ledger and subcontractor invoices for over nine years. I also create payment runs for suppliers and subcontractors using Coins, perform statement reconciliations using Excel, and handle telephone enquiries and liaise with both staff and external suppliers.In addition to my current role, I have experience as a Bookkeeper at Newlawn Uk and an Accounts Payable Administrator at Servest UK, where I gained skills in creating new nominal and item codes, entering and authorising invoices, receipts, and payments on Xero, reconciling bank accounts and ledgers, supplying VAT figures, processing engineers' time sheets, coding/entering/releasing invoices in Vixen, and creating and making payments for suppliers and subcontractor expenses. I hold a BA (Hons) in Psychology with Geology from the University of Bedfordshire.
