We all have very unique traits/talents specific to only us, but almost always need help in recognizing, discovering, and exploring these in order for them to thrive and express clearly in our professional and personal lives! I've been fortunate within my HR career and business, to coach and speak to people all over the world, consistent among many is the desire to be successful, living and creating a life truest to our best self, doing what we love and aspire to be. To answer those deep "you" and "why" questions are critical for this clarity of path, well being, identity and ultimate career and personal fulfillment. As an Executive Career and Life Coach, trainer and speaker, I help guide people to become "leaders of their own lives". I do this by helping create a plan starting with where you are to ultimately where you'd like to be in the future, with tools/resources supporting this change and growth. When we breakthrough what's holding us back, we can find courage, clear vision and more confidence to move forward towards our dreams and success. Rest assured, you are not alone in this journey! My specialized programs, workshops and coaching take a comprehensive approach, motivating people to challenge themselves to do work necessary to find answers within, but also be mindful of how they're showing up in the world, seeing if it aligns with life and career they ultimately want. This is where the shift can happen. My professional work experience is in the Human Resources field for over 15 years, mostly leadership roles, trusted advisor, speaker, trainer, consultant and coach. I've worked internationally, spoke at global conferences, all with similar message and theme, to "be transparent and a leader with your own career and life", be heard, seen and live everyday learning and becoming more of yourself. I love empowering others to do what is needed for this freedom, legacy and impact.
