With over 16 years of experience in the banking industry, I bring deep expertise in commercial loan operations. I began my career in 2008 in a call center, gaining a strong foundation in customer service and a comprehensive understanding of financial products and services. Over time, I transitioned into the commercial side of the business, where I built specialized knowledge and leadership experience.My career path includes roles in commercial loan documentation, where I advanced to Manager of the Commercial Loan Documentation Team. From there, my responsibilities expanded to include oversight of Commercial Payments and Servicing, followed by Onboarding, and ultimately to my current role leading all of Loan Operations.I have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, streamlining operational processes, and driving initiatives that improve both efficiency and client experience. My focus today is on modernizing loan operations and positioning teams to support growth, risk management, and innovation in the industry.
