It serves as both a guide in my daily work and as a source of inspiration. As much as I have an insatiable appetite to constantly learn on the job, further expanding my skill-sets in response to ever-changing economic climate demands and new developments, I am always more than eager to share best practices acquired as a qualified CA with more than 10 years of relevant experience with organizations that I am gainfully employed in. My work spanned companies at various stages of growth, including start-up and established settings in real estate, biotechnology and payment processing industries. I am highly adaptable; had regional exposure working for MNCs with reputable global presence as well as local listed companies. Significant challenges undertaken through the course of learning in my career include:~ Relocation to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to assist with setting up and running of legal entities alongside the Country Manager;~ Played an integral role in setting up the finance function and subsequently, managed the finance operations in Vietnam, and ~ Drove successful incorporation of wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai to support evolving business needs for tax planning purpose.
