His work with the Full Arch Club in Portugal placing custom, 3D printed titanium, segmented, subperiosteal implants made him one of the first American dentists to do this procedure for those that have been told they aren't candidates for implants. He continues his work with the Portuguese clinicians, namely Dr. Bernardo Nunez de Sousa and initially, Dr. Paulo Malo, the inventor of All on 4, by travelling to Brazil and treating the most severe cases with this technique.
