Background

About Jackson Bergstrom

As an Assistant Property Manager at Digital Realty, I manage multiple commercial properties and ensure tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. I have successfully implemented process improvement initiatives that reduced costs, enhanced quality, and increased productivity. I also collaborate with various stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, contractors, and leasing agents, to facilitate smooth and timely transactions and communications. My passion for public policy and administration led me to pursue a degree in this field from James Madison University, where I graduated in 2020. During my studies, I gained valuable skills in research, analysis, communication, and leadership. I also served as the president of Madison Motorsports, a student-funded organization that organized annual car shows and fundraisers, where I learned how to manage budgets, coordinate events, negotiate with sponsors, and resolve conflicts. These experiences have prepared me for the challenges and opportunities of working in the real estate industry, where I strive to deliver excellent service and results to my clients and partners.
