As a dual Canadian and American citizen with over 7 years of experience in Information Technology. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University and recently completed a graduate certification in Security Studies from East Carolina University with a GPA of 3.6. I am also a CCNA-certified professional, demonstrating my proficiency in network fundamentals and support. Throughout my career, I have effectively managed and optimized endpoints, deployed patches, and ensured compliance with IT policies. I have successfully handled tasks such as deploying and managing patches across campus networks using BigFix, troubleshooting network-related issues, and providing technical support that enhanced operational efficiency and user satisfaction. My experience includes updating DNS, DHCP, and IP addresses for campus printers, as well as managing group permissions and security settings with Windows Active Directory. I am dedicated to staying at the forefront of technological advancements to create efficient and reliable IT environments. Outside of work, I am passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo and enjoy spending quality time with my wife.
