Jackson has experience developing and improving enterprise risk management and program risk management frameworks. Jackson works with manufacturing clients on internal audits of business process controls and SOX work, reviewing the design and effectiveness of their controls over Financial Reporting, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, HR, and Fixed Assets. He has completed audit programs, sampling, interviews, testing, documentation, and reporting for clients both nationally and internationally. Additionally, Jackson reviews insurance renewal contracts and documentation, addressing concerns around providers and the management of funds and premiums during transitions between insurance brokers. In the non-profit sector, Jackson has conducted many contracts compliance audits to ensure that project partners are following policies and procedures, terms and conditions as outlined within their agreements, achieving milestones before requesting and receiving payments, and ensuring that projects are running efficiently.
