I've always thought it's more effective to learn by doing rather than just watching. Although it may be more difficult to navigate your way through a new task without much guidance, it guarantees you'll be proficient in the end. I've discovered this through my own efforts in carpentry and furniture making. Woodworking has long been a hobby I've enjoyed, and over the past couple of summers, I've grown this hobby into a business. Fueled by my passion and drive, guided by strategic thinking and intuition, I was able to overcome a variety of obstacles to start this business and have continued to grow it since. I was forced out of my comfort zone on multiple occasions and was able to successfully navigate myself through the unknown. I believe that my unique experiences have allowed me to truly embody an entrepreneurial spirit. I strive to be an effective leader, I look at complex projects through both a lense of creativity and practicality, and I will always fight to turn ideas into reality. Whether it's creating tables or solving complex business problems, I will leverage these skills to get the job done in an innovative, effective manner.
