About Jackson Hampton

Our team at Lam Research facilitates critical inventory management and maintains robust customer relations with TSMC, ensuring operational excellence in the semiconductor industry. As an Inventory Analyst, my role encompasses logistics coordination and CRM, leveraging my degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Boise State University. Through our continued hard work, we have received multiple awards from the customer including "TSMC Excellent Performance Award" as well as "Exceptional AZ Service Team Effort on TSMC Projects". During my time at Boise State University, I held some critical roles to involve myself with Student and University leadership. Leading the Beta Psi chapter of Phi Gamma Delta as Vice President and President for back-to-back years honed my competencies in event coordination, crisis resolution, accounting skills, as well as leadership and critical thinking; reflecting a commitment to community and academic excellence. Through my continued work with the university, I was awarded the "Student Leadership Award" granted to 50 students in each graduating class. I am driven by the challenges of innovation and the opportunity to enhance collaborative success within my professional sphere as well as foster healthy working relationships and mutual trust and respect.
