Originally from Perth, Australia, I bring a unique international perspective to my practice, blending cultural insights with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My journey began at the University of Pikeville in Kentucky, where I earned my Bachelor's degree while a student-athlete in the men’s basketball program. This experience taught me the value of resilience, teamwork, and discipline, qualities that I incorporate into my counseling practice. I concentrate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on multicultural sensitivity to ensure that my clients feel understood and supported in a safe environment.
