Currently serving as a Smokejumper at the USDA Forest Service, I am committed to protecting communities and natural habitats from the devastating impact of wildfires. My mission is to contribute to the organization's efforts by bringing diverse perspectives, a dedication to teamwork, and a proactive approach to fire suppression and containment. At the USDA Forest Service, I parachute into active wildfire zones to suppress, manage, and contain fires in high-risk areas. This role builds upon my prior experience as a Hotshot with the Midewin Hotshot Crew, where I supported wildfire mitigation and response efforts. My contributions are driven by technical expertise in fire management, a focus on safety, and strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.
