Most recently, I’ve played a key role in my company’s AI transformation efforts. I helped shape the foundation for AI knowledge retrieval by developing processes to capture insights from real customer interactions. I’ve served as part of the core project team guiding the tool’s development—participating in testing, user acceptance, and feedback loops—and led the creation of training materials and best practices to enable successful adoption across the organization.
