About Jackson Lefever

Jackson LeFever graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2020 with a B.A. in Business Management. Applying his degree to the workforce, he has experience in the following: property management in the vacation rental industry, development for a new vacation rental marketplace called Nofie, and Cost Segregation Field Analysis. Leveraging his field experiences working Cost Segregation projects, Jackson is now a full-time Cost Segregation OSV manager. Growing up in Colorado with four younger brothers, Jackson learned virtues such as hard word and leadership. His worldview has made Jackson eager to use his talents. From his high school years Jackson adopted an entrepreneurial spirit when seizing the opportunity to create a business of fixing iPhones. He went on to hold an apprenticeship with a local contractor to remodel residential homes. In the summer, Jackson enjoyed coaching his neighborhood swim team. On Jackson’s off time he loves getting away to the California beaches to surf with friends, and visiting family in Colorado. He is recently married and excited to raise a family of his own one day. With all the travel Jackson has experienced, he still loves going to see the world, and with Cost Segregation Capital he is able to continue to do so.
