About Jackson McAlister

As a D1 collegiate athlete in Track & Field at the University of Missouri-Columbia I'm required to be a hard-working, motivated, and self-driven individual. My leadership, collaboration, and teamwork skills have contributed to my overall success not only as an athlete but also as an honor-roll student. My experience on and off the track has provided me the insight into what it takes to be a highly focused and driven individual. While competing, I also assisted in the recruitment process of future athletes into Mizzou's athletic program. This experience required me to have strong communication, presentation, and time management skills. I was in constant communication with high school student-athletes and their families before, during, and after campus visits.
