Through his continued monthly EO sessions, he has taken a step back to understand and work with the PolarSeven Leadership team to build a four year plan for rapid scale. He is passionate about building successful businesses, continually learning, and engaging with other like minded professionals. A fun and enthusiastic addition to the office environment, he has emerged from the pandemic with the skills to lead teams on either side of the scale in a hybrid working environment. He thrives on relationships with people and customers alike, and directly engages with internal and external executive teams during pre-sales and delivery cycles.
