About Jackson Mucci

I am currently a senior at Auburn University trying to achieve my Bachelor's degree in Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Family Business. I am planning on graduating in three and a half years instead of four because of my motivation to start working. I am passionate about working with my peers and new individuals and leading them to pursue a goal of ours. As well as leading people, I enjoy speaking and meeting with new people and creating professional connections with them. Connections and relationships are very important to me because of the future experiences they could bring. I was able to first use my strength of leadership and public relations in the summer of 2019 at an event called Alabama Boys' State. At this event, over 600 high school students from across the state of Alabama were invited to participate in a state mock election. I ran for the third highest seat possible, US Senator Seat 2 and won the position. I was able to gain over 600 students trust and approval based on my beliefs and skills. Eventually, I would like to become an entrepreneur. My dream is to eventually be able to invest in smaller, start-up companies and guide them to great success. Using my strengths of competitiveness, focus, and leadership, I believe I could run or help start a successful company. For right now, I am very interested and motivated in graduating and continuing my internship with PassionHR Consultants. I have gained much experience throughout my life to lead me where I am today. I worked as a Bag Boy for Valley Hill Country Club in Huntsville, Alabama. There, I used my skills of customer service to attend to each member of the country club as they needed it. Also, I worked for Legacy Homes, a construction company in Huntsville, Alabama. I helped facilitate the process of building homes and making sure each detail of building homes was correct. Hopefully, I will be able to gain more experience for my future professional life through activities and clubs at Auburn.
