Sales and marketing industry is a very volatile industry which plays a very integral role in any serious business venture whether they sale goods or services and thus inevitably needs people who are well versed and informed about the general market needs and therefore sale them the right product or service. Iam proud to work in the business industry as a sales man because I've seen people lives changed because of my services to them and the wise,bold positive decision they've made,especially after selling to them a life plan which eventually pays them in case of unfortunate death of their bread winner. I've also seen some clients taking their children to good schools or easily see them through their secondary/college education without a sweat after taking an education plan with me.My insurance experience have also made me see people saving a lot of money especially in case of an unavoidable situation whereby a family member get hospitalized,likewise I've seen others who refused the service I had proposed to offer them either close business or forced to sale their family assets,or call for those embarrassing harambee meetings in order to clear their huge hospital bills. Iam therefore very content with what I do,especially after getting all my skills first hand from selling life and savings insurance plans,I can not ask for any other experience.Insurance has taught me that,sales is not only about selling people policies,products and services and meeting the laid down targets,but a good sale is about selling the right policies,products or services to the right people,something which they can surely afford,something which they well understand and can confidently refer someone,something which will not strain their budget,something which they're really in need of,something which is personal and will therefore add real value to their lives.My sales experience tells me that what influence people's buying behavior is their education background,culture and religion.
