Hello! I’m the entrepreneurial spirit behind TSP Pilot, a member-centric financial newsletter. My journey into the world of startups began in my childhood, crafting small businesses with big dreams. This passion for entrepreneurship was nurtured through my college years, where I dived into the world of product management and marketing at a medical device startup in Durham, NC. Rising from an intern to the marketing manager, I've always been driven by a desire to create products that not only solve problems but do so with an elegance that makes customers wonder,"Why didn't I think of that?" At the heart of my work is a deep-seated passion for understanding customer needs better than they understand themselves. This approach has led me to revamp TSP Pilot's offerings and user experience, significantly growing our membership by delivering that “aha” moment to our users. I firmly believe in diving deep into the root causes of challenges, embodying the philosophy that sometimes asking for a "faster horse" is really a cry for breakthrough innovations. My professional journey is fueled by a love for startups and the art of building products that resonate deeply with users. The joy of designing experiences that customers are passionately in love with, and delivering value that touches the lives of everyday people, is what keeps me motivated.
