About Jackson Shook

As a security system downloader at SafeTouch, I focus on remotely managing our customer's security systems. Collaborating with field technicians, I assist them in system programming and troubleshooting. I handle the establishment, configuration, and maintenance of customer accounts on various third-party platforms. I provide technical support to non-technical internal users through desk side services. Additionally, I manage the programming, distribution, and collection of access cards and ID badges for all employees. In addition to my work experience, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Florida State College at Jacksonville, with an expected graduation date in Spring 2024. I have a CompTIA A+ ce certification, which demonstrates my competency in configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware and software. I am driven by the challenge of resolving complex technical issues and delivering high-quality customer service. My goal is to continue learning and developing my skills in the IT and security field.
