As the Operations Manager in ITCC (2013-2017) the major achievements are heading the team -ITCC for the successful Completion of commercial Plaza and shopping mall at Katara( QR 450 million) 72 apartments in 6 Building inside Alkhor Community for Al Akharia(QR 62million) Golf club Head quarter building and renovation of QBF building for Qatar Olympic Committee (100 million) and Construction of 18 Public Schools including Kinder Gartner’s for Ashgaal- Public Work Authority ( 750 million).Also heading the projects near completion for 2 package for GWC ware house park at Bu Sulba (200million) Taxi complex and Ware houses for Alijarah Holding (130 million) and Nuwad residential tower 26 story for Ali Sherif Holding (110 million). 2. Successfully headed in the capacity as Project Director in ITCC(2011-2013) for the construction of Palace and Majlis for Shk. Hamad Bin Jasim Bin Jabor Al Thani and the construction of New Rayyan Palace for Shk Khalifa bin Hamad Al Thani 3. Successfully headed in the capacity of Manager –Projects in ITCC (2010-2011) the Construction of Birla Public School( 75 million)and Delhi Public School(126 million) Doha-Qatar and Construction of 7 Public Schools for Ashgaal( 520 million). 4. Successfully completed on time in the capacity as Project manager in ITCC (2008-2010) the construction of Dar Al Salam compound of 151+38 villas & 328 apartments (550millions) and construction of Shopping Mall and Grand Mosque (400 millions) for Shk. Nazer Bin Faleh Al Thani at Abu Hamour-Doha) 5. Successfully headed the estimation department of ITCC (2007-2008) and bagged projects costing approx. 600 million during the period.
