About Jackson Stone

I’m currently studying Information Systems at BYU with a deep interest in artificial intelligence—especially how we can use machine learning, generative AI, and LLMs to help people live happier, connected, and more meaningful lives. My passion for technology is shaped by hands-on humanitarian experiences and international travel, which have given me a broad perspective on the world and the real challenges people face. I believe that tech should be human-centered and that the future of innovation lies in the hands of those who understand the world, are willing to take risks, and focus on our nation's most pressing issues. Before college, I founded 2 companies, served as captain of both my high school basketball and varsity tennis teams, and spent all four years leading branches of our sports marketing team. Through those roles, I could greatly increase student engagement across all sports and played a key part in raising school-wide funding.
