After a few years as a Russian linguist, he moved into localization project management, gaining expertise in I18n/L10n technologies and operations. This direct involvement with clients and linguists provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of daily operations. He became acquainted with the healthcare industry and deepened his understanding of health equity by working in regional healthcare systems where he implemented system-wide improvements across multiple hospitals. Leveraging this unique background, Jackson now excels as a Business Development Manager. His holistic perspective on the translation process and healthcare industry enables him to effectively facilitate services and anticipate the needs of healthcare professionals.
