My function is identifying proven sponsors, conducting preliminary underwriting on project feasibility, and facilitating introductions to institutional allocators for transactions requiring $20M+ in capital commitments. I bring direct exposure to billion-dollar infrastructure execution through my work with the City of Vancouver and Translink on projects ranging from $300M to $1.2B. I understand how large-scale public and private infrastructure projects are structured, financed, and delivered—insight most analysts don't have.
