I have 17+ years experience working with people from all backgrounds, ages, life situations, etc. My career has been driven by working with and supporting our most vulnerable populations who depend on our care, knowledge and experience, encouragement and dedication. My approach to treatment, supervision, and clinical evaluations, is multimodal, multifaceted, and individualized. I am vastly knowledgeable and experienced in working with all people. I am sensitive to gender and orientation, age and development, ethnic, cultural, and systemic influences and challenges, as well as their desires and needs. Whether a client or supervisee, I find an individual's strengths and nurture them to develop into who they want to be, where they want to go on their journey to achieve their best potential using what is most effective for that individual, and create motivation to change and grow, to improve and balance life, health, and wellbeing. My approach is preventative by nature and creates positive outcomes that are measurable.
