About Jaclyn Evans

As an ADA Fixer/Consultant, I help organizations of all sizes and sectors comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and provide inclusive and accessible services and opportunities for deaf and hard of hearing customers and employees. I have over 17 years of experience in sign language interpretation, teaching, and vendor management, and a background in social work and human resources. I hold a BASW degree from Salisbury University and I am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). My services include ADA compliance consulting, advising, seminars, employee accommodation and reassignment, and sign language interpretation. I have a proven track record of delivering results, such as saving $1 million on a $5 million budget, increasing ASL fill rates from 40% to 97%, and enhancing diversity relations and team building within and across organizations. I am passionate about creating positive and productive relationships between organizations and the deaf and hard of hearing community, and empowering them to achieve their goals and potential.
