With over 12 years in program and product management, with experience in senior client management, I have a talent and track record for upfront strategy, sales, and growth in the digital space.I am passionate about delivering high-quality creative and technical products and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of customer experience, internal executives, and clients. I have extensive expertise in managing design teams, development teams, CMS implementations, especially AEM, and eCommerce platforms, as well as agile and scrum methodologies. I am also a certified SAFe Agilist and have implemented the framework across many projects and programs. I excel at building and maintaining strong and established relationships at all levels and disciplines of an organization, and fostering a culture of teamwork, transparent communication, and problem solving.
