As an adult education professional, I am passionate about helping learners achieve their personal and professional goals through engaging and effective learning experiences. I currently facilitate the scheduling and delivery of the High School Equivalency exams. Helping the students with their final steps towards graduation. I have 5 years of experience in teaching adult learners, I have honed my skills in delivering curricula that caters to the unique learning styles and needs of my students. My skills lie in delivering courses in professional development, including financial literacy, using a variety of instructional methods and technologies to keep learners engaged and motivated. I am skilled in delivering an interactive and collaborative learning environment that fosters a sense of community and support, and I am committed to providing ongoing feedback and guidance to help learners achieve their full potential. I am a creative problem solver who thrives on challenges and is always looking for new ways to innovate and improve. In addition to my teaching experience, I have an understanding of the latest trends and best practices in adult education, and I like stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in my field. I am always looking for new and innovative ways to improve my skills and enhance the learning outcomes for my students. I am a collaborative team player who values open communication and constructive feedback. I enjoy working with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and I am committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect in all of my professional relationships. I also have skills in Microsoft Word, Legal Writing, and Microsoft Excel. I have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) focused in Business Administration, Management and Operations and a Master of Science (M.S.) focused in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.
