I love to design, build, and create things-especially when I can do it from the ground up! Whether that is launching a new program or initiative, designing learning activities, developing content, or collaborating with stakeholders/SMEs in the coordination and facilitation of learning.I love to do it all! I'm always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to create engaging learning experiences that help individuals and organizations achieve their goals. I like to explore and experiment with different methods, tools and technology; I have a growth mindset and I thrive on challenges that push me to grow and learn. I am an experienced program designer and coordinator and I am at my best when I can utilize my instructional and visual design skills and passion for learning and education to create meaningful learning solutions that make a real, positive impact. Above all, I care deeply about the success and wellbeing of others. Whether I'm working with a team to develop a new program, or collaborating with individuals to achieve their educational or learning and development goals, my goal is to make a real difference in people's lives.
