Combining my previous experience as a broker and over 10 years in mortgage underwriting positions, I bring a unique and service-focused perspective to the role. I'm inspired by the potential for growth of our industry and pioneering new and creative ways of making mortgage lending more attainable to borrowers. My competitive spirit, desire for the success of myself and my peers, and can-do approach won me underwriter of the year for 2021. With extensive experience in underwriting, escalations, team lead and quality assurance, as well as a secondment in business optimization and software, my experience across multiple facets of the industry helps me bring a educated, experienced and rounded service to each role I take on. I'm passionate about expanding broker education, expanding Canadians opportunities for home ownership and expanding my wine cellar.
