About Jaclyn Potts

Jaclyn has over ten years experience in the delivery of psychological assessments, structured complex case management, crisis interventions and a range of longer-term psycho-social interventions such as D.B.T, C.B.T, A.C.T, mindfulness therapy, motivational interviewing, grief and loss counselling and relapse prevention. Whilst completing her postgraduate studies, Jaclyn was employed at Your Money Matters, where she refined her customer engagement skills and enhanced her stakeholder engagement approach. Whilst working at IPAR, Jaclyn developed strong clinical and case management skills and managed complex cases involving people with personality disorders, chronic PTSD and many others. Demonstrating a history of astute technical and strategic knowledge teamed with a passion for leading with integrity and zest, Jaclyn led the successful Life Insurance rehabilitation division at Rehab Management. Jaclyn successfully led the Psychological Health and Well-Being services within Rehab Management in a innovative and newly created role. Jaclyn is a STAP trained, Board Approved and AHPRA registered supervisor who is the owner and operator of Encompass Psychological Services, a successful psychological supervision business. Jaclyn is also an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor and is now widening her skill set in the role of School Psychologist at Ipswich Girls' and Junior Grammar School.
