I’m a versatile professional with upper management experience and an entrepreneurial mindset, known for driving results across hospitality, events, and resort operations. As a former Assistant General Manager, and current Sales and Marketing Manager, I bring extensive hands-on experience in large-scale operations, staff management, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in high-volume environments. Throughout my career, I’ve overseen five departments and led teams of 30+ employees, consistently achieving performance targets and elevating service standards. My sales expertise includes closing over square feet of event space, alongside managing logistics and execution for 100+ weddings and major events as a Certified Wedding Planner. Technically adept, I’ve trained teams on hospitality platforms including Opera, Salesforce Delphi (BEOs), SocialTables, and Alice Hotel Messaging Software. I’m highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and bring creative skills as a published photographer with experience in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Canva. In addition to my operational and leadership strengths, I bring a solid foundation in marketing.
