About Jaclyn Ramirez

I have spent the last nine years working in a child development environment where I was not only there for the children, but also for the lead teacher in assisting in the documentation that is entailed. I also just recently left my position at International House of Pancakes of ten years in the pursuit of my career in the field that I am in study. At this position, I was a server-crew chief where I oversaw the closing paper work, documentation, answering the phones and finances. As a child development center assistant, I have organized all the many papers that enrolling a student would contain. In the class size that I was present, there were twenty-four students to be documented. This includes tests from the school as well as any tests needed from the doctors. As a server-crew chief, I was not only in charge of the end of the evening paper work, documentation and finances, but also to take the place of the manager when the manager is not present. I was also in charge of training new hires to be able to perform at their best and to the company’s standards. I have also finished an internship with the Alternative Healing Network. Here I learned the administrative and clerical tasks of answering the phones, interacting with the clients, inputting and uploading client health records, and also keeping the paperwork in the office organized and in stock.
