After experiencing a life-threatening event, I have shifted my focus to health leadership, aiming to integrate my personal experiences to enhance care for patients, their families, caregivers, and staff in every facet of my work. I am a passionate, relational, and strategic leader. I aim to understand the system comprehensively, identifying gaps, synergies, and opportunities for alignment to enhance efficiency, ensure the safety of care, and adopt a sustainable approach. I care deeply about people, and my goal is to support health care teams feel proud of the work they do every day.
