About Jaclyn Sinclair

As a Recreation Director and Music Therapist, I lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various activities and programs that enrich the lives of residents and enhance their well-being. I have successfully applied my skills and knowledge in music therapy, organization, and creative problem solving to create and deliver engaging and meaningful experiences for our residents and their families. I have more than five years of experience in directing and supervising recreational and therapeutic programs for different populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health issues, and complex medical needs. I have also worked in bookkeeping and marketing, which have helped me develop my budgeting, communication, and analytical skills. I am passionate about using music as a tool for healing, expression, and connection, and I have a master's degree in music therapy from SUNY New Paltz. My goal is to continue to grow and learn as a professional and a leader in the field of life enrichment and music therapy.
