I’m a client-focused sales and customer success professional with over a decade of experience helping people feel confident, supported, and taken care of. From running my own business to managing high-volume operations and coordinating national conferences, I’ve built a career on strong communication, empathy, and process follow through. After successfully growing and selling my company, J&L Auto Tags and Insurance, I shifted into leadership roles where I continued to thrive in customer facing environments. I spent several years managing daily operations and client satisfaction at EZ Storage, followed by my current work at LB Capital, where I handle warm outreach, retention, and sales support for a national industry conference. Today, I’m especially interested in applying my background to mission driven industries like healthcare, customer, success manager — areas where empathy, structure, and human connection matter just as much as results. I’m currently training in Salesforce and AI-enhanced sales strategies and open to remote opportunities where I can continue doing meaningful, client centered work.
