I am a technology leader with 15 years of experience across hands on engineering, technical leadership, and senior management. I have built and scaled high performing teams, delivered complex platforms, and driven innovation at enterprise scale. As Founder and Managing Director of DevOptix, I guide strategy, shape our talent approach, and work closely with clients to ensure solutions meet the highest technical standards and deliver measurable outcomes. I focus on creating a culture of ownership, quality, and innovation. I have put leadership structures in place that give engineering leads the tools and autonomy to succeed as we grow. Previously, as Technical Director at a fintech valued at over €2B, I led the global backend engineering function for our enterprise banking platform. I worked with engineering directors, senior technical leaders, and principal engineers across multiple countries to guide architecture, align technical strategy with business objectives, and ensure delivery against immediate priorities and long term goals. I partnered with the CTO and other senior stakeholders to define platform capabilities that supported company growth and customer success. I enjoy working where technology and leadership meet, staying close to the details while setting a clear direction that drives results.
