I am a passionate and ambitious Psychometrist (HPCSA) and Coach. With over five years of experience in industrial and organisational psychology, I have worked in both the public and private sectors, specialising in leadership development and talent management. My goal is to leverage my expertise in psychometric and psychological assessments to drive positive change, assist organisations in making informed talent decisions, and help individuals and teams maximise their potential.I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Industrial / Organisational Psychology at the University of Cape Town (UCT).
