About Jacob Alexander

Jacob has been involved in sports from a young age, participating in football, competitive hockey, and international level karate. He pursued continuing education through a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Acadia University, and has completed several extensive internships involving exercise science, high performance athletes, and injury rehabilitation. Jacob has been involved in the fitness industry for the past 8 years and enjoys working with a diverse client base. Among his top interests are injury rehabilitation, training for older adults, and high performance athletes. Jacob believes in leading by example and applies his practical experience, background in sport, and formal education to help his clients achieve their goals. Jacob values developing positive relationships by communicating effectively and building mutual trust with his clients. Jacob believes the key to a successful program is applying proper periodization while, at the same time, recognizing when it is necessary to adjust the training plan in an individualized manner.
