I am capable of quickly learning new languages and frameworks, which allows me to adapt quickly to evolving requirements. In my previous role, I took ownership of an enterprise content management (ECM) system. My responsibilities included daily maintenance and user support, acting as the business liaison with the vendor, and leading business process improvement projects from discovery through deployment. One of my key projects helped the business save USD by converting an existing process into a streamlined, digital version.
