If someone asked me what motivates me or drives me every single day, I'd direct them to this Vince Lombardi quote:"Leaders aren't born, they're made."In today's world, where problems are becoming larger and leadership is lagging, I firmly believe that leaders ought to be making more leaders. My objective is to do just that.At Amazon, I began my journey as an Area Manager on the ground floor, working weekend night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM. It was here that I truly learned what it means to be a leader. I embraced principles like taking Ownership, Insisting on High Standards, having a Bias for Action, Earning the Trust of those around me, and Thinking and dreaming BIG.Since then, I've held various roles as Program Manager with Amazon and most recently as a Portfolio Manager with Cardinal Health. But this journey of leadership threads through every role.
